I went to Burger King. I ate cheeseburger and fries. i drank a lot of root beer. I went to target. I looked around in the store. I found scissors in school supplies. I come back to metro bus number 5. I get on the bus number 7. I walked to Butler to share a story. When we are done, we go to lockers and go home. Last week we visited Buffalo Wild Wings! We didn’t have enough time for Petco, bet enjoyed the beautiful day while we waited for the bus!

This week's theme in hour 1 was Pets! Read aloud book: Pets by Angela Diterlizzi Small group books: The Class Pet or Lucy Did It! Letter of the week: E Sight words sentences and sentences from pictures Culminating Activity: Pets Themed Movement Activity Parents, please check your child's backpack/home folder for materials from this week, including the small group book! Please take the time to read the story to your child or have them read it to you. Then, discuss as you read. This helps reinforce your child's learning at home. This week, Cook's group headed to Meijer to continue to practice using environmental print (signs) to find items in the store. We used a visual scavenger hunt sheet to find the item of the correct brand name. Then, we ate lunch at Panda Express. Students tried new foods, which is an important part of growing up and our community trips! Check out the pictures below!
