![]() Students in Miss Cook's group went to the Dollar Store last week. Students were given the choice to have their picture taken or to make a short video that shows his or her learning. The focus of the day was to talk about the function of items, category of items, and letter sounds. Students voted on the focus of learning before leaving for the trip! How to be ready for the bus How to dress appropriately for the weather How to use a bus ID and ticket How to tell the time How to read a bus map How to find the correct bus map How to tell which route we need to take Students are continuing to grow and develop in their knowledge of using public transportation. These posters were used at Showcase of Learning to help students lead their own conference and share learning with parents. Thanks to all students who came!! Students below: Elijah, Asa, Jenna, Tanner, Nathan, Nate, Starra, Molly Students learned how to check their shoe sizes, ask for shoes, take turns bowling, and engage in recreation appropriately with friends! Students did a great job cheering each other on and making on topic comments about the bowling games. |
